1. Introduction and Identification

The VYNELIX platform (available at vynelix.online) is owned and operated by NAVEXIM EVALUARI SRL, with the Unique Registration Code (CUI) 30412798. These terms and conditions govern the use of the services offered by our agency specialized in the development of personalized digital ecosystems. By contracting our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services and Technological Architecture

VYNELIX builds exclusively frontend web architectures (no internal databases). For advanced functionalities (payments, appointments, reservations), we integrate third-party, authorized, and secured software solutions. We do not assume responsibility for service interruptions caused by these external providers.

3. Financial and Delivery Policy

The investment for digital projects is contractually established and non-negotiable. The project starts exclusively after the payment of a 50% advance and the provision of all necessary materials by the client. The remaining 50% is paid upon completion of execution, before connecting the official domain and public launch. The standard execution time is 7-10 business days from the fulfillment of the starting conditions.

4. Revisions and Maintenance

The project includes a single round of fine revisions (text, image, color adjustments) upon delivery of the test link. Structural redesign requests after the approval of the initial concept will be billed separately. Subsequent maintenance and updates are covered exclusively through recurring Digital Authority subscriptions.
